There is WIFI, Private lockable room with a queen bed, bedside drawers, hanging robe with shelves, chest of drawers, desk and chair, air conditioning and security/insect screens.
Rent is on a weekly basis.
The day you move in is the day your weekly is due on that day from then on for the duration of your stay.
The home is its centrally located on the beach front, with bus route 120 passes by the door.
Gated community NO PETS, NO SMOKING UNDER HOUSE FOOTPRINT, NO DRUGS, NO GETTING DRNK, and 6 months minimum stay
