I have a fully furnished queen bed sized room at my 5BR house in Cairns (CityView) that you may be interested in. It’s 8-12 minutes to the CBD by car, is very modern, well appointed, and has breathtaking views over Cairns and the ocean. Linen is included. Parking on street in a quiet cul-de-sac.

My other tenants and I get on like a house on fire, are quiet and respectful, and keep a very tidy house and yard. No parties, but we do like movie nights and sharing some meals together.

You’d be sharing a living, dining, kitchen, laundry, balcony, patio, sitting room and a bathroom with 2 other tenants, so would like to find someone that’s respectful of private property, tidy, cleans up after their self ,and doesn’t mind sharing the cleaning duties for communal areas and helping mow the lawn.
