This is only a quiet house with 3-4 working holiday type people, all busy just working and quiet in the house after 10 pm, in Parramatta Park, 600 mtrs to Cairns Central Shopping Centre.
So keep in mind when you inquire, we don't want to charge you for an inspection but aint nobody here trying to waste a lot of time. So be prepared to put your money where your "inspection reliability" is, and pay a $20 no-show deposit applied to the rent, returned, or forfeited if you miss it. ( Cancellation one hour before is ok for refund)
Alternatively, I'm smart enough to make live video calls and a website-roommate process simple enough for you to either follow or not, with house rules, videos, ect..that people arriving soon to Cairns regularly utilize just fine. Take the tour and take the room all within the same ten minutes.
