I'm looking for two compatible, clean and respectful people to share an incredible home in Trinity Beach.

This isn't your typical share house.

The home is a beautiful, spacious three-level property tucked into the rainforest at the top of Earl Hill, with plenty of privacy, huge living areas, a pool and incredible indoor/outdoor living.

The two available bedrooms are positioned together in their own private area of the house, with separate private outdoor areas and access to a beautiful shared bathroom with floor-to-ceiling glass overlooking a waterfall. Both bedrooms have walk-in wardrobes.

Gary is the household cat and is very affectionate, very social and fairly certain he owns the place. 😼

I'm looking for people who:
• Are clean — very clean
• Work or study
• Are financially stable
• Are respectful of the home and other people's privacy
• Like a peaceful household
• Don't throw random parties
• Are comfortable with a cat
• Don't mind having Gary around and giving him some attention when you're home
• Understand that visitors are fine occasionally, but this isn't a party house

I'm not looking for a revolving door of people coming and going. I'm looking for good, easy-going people who fit the house and the lifestyle.

$500 per week each — bills included.

The rooms would ideally suit two friends, colleagues or people who are comfortable sharing a home with another person.

One person may also take both rooms $850 per week including bills, ideal as a bedroom plus private office or living area.
