The bedroom for rent has its own balcony and a seperate bathroom to myself (usable to guests as mine is a ensuite).
Ive completely rearranged the furniture since taking these photos so theyre not up to date yet.
The apartment doesnt have a full length dining table but it does have AC, a dishwasher, built in wardrobe, washing machine, dryer and additional main balcony overlooking the lake. It's also a 5 minute walk away from Westfield with the apartments own underground secure parking with minimal secure storage in an underground cage. You will need to provide your own dinnerware, cookware, linen and any additionl bedroom furniture other than a single bed and desk (can be moved if not required).
Renter must be okay with display swords as I am a fencer and collector
