Looking for a roommate to move into an otherwise furnished three-bedroom apartment, located in the middle of Bruce.
About the room:
- Bedroom 2 on floor plan
- Private bathroom - not an ensuite, but guaranteed sole use of the main bathroom (bath + WC on floor plan)
- Built in robe with sliding doors
- Brand new carpet and ducted (and zoned) heating and aircon
- approx 10 square meters; space for a queen bed and a desk
- $245/ week, bills excl.

- Plenty of street parking + central Bruce location:
• 10 min walk to UC and IGA
• 30 min walk to North Canberra Hospital, AIS and GIO stadium
• 10 min drive to Westfield and ANU
• 10-15 min walk to access most bus routes
- Unfortunately no feathered or furred pets, but aquatics and reptiles welcomed (encouraged, even!); small humans considered

We are both fans of direct communication (with admittedly varying success) and think above all home should be a space where you feel safe.
- One (1) diamond python, Prometheus; the best and most beautiful snake in the world
• Prometheus lives in our room and is either in his enclosure or in my hands. Sometimes comes out to watch a movie or help with the cooking.
- Three (3) dwarf tree frogs
• Sir Uilliam Swanhild HAM Ibrahimovichardovich (Sushi); Pickles and Dan Andrews
- Quite likely to be more frogs and fish, and potentially a baby snake, in the near future
