Hi I’m Reese! I’m currently looking for someone to take over my lease and move into one of the rooms in my house.

It is a spacious 2 bedroom house in Bruce with underground car parking that is available now!! Flexible move in date from now (negotiable for slightly later). $265 per week for the small room or $305 per week for the big room, 9 month lease with easy renewal process for longer, well trained pets are allowed (none here currently). LGBTQIA+ friendly.

📍Located conveniently in Bruce, a lovely quiet suburb right next to UC. 3 minute walk to University of Canberra campus, and 12 min drive to the ANU/12 min drive to Civic if you have a car. Bus stop right outside with multiple regular services into the city center and elsewhere.

🏠 Fully furnished 2 bedroom 1 bathroom house with a large kitchen, and large living room! Lovely low-maintenance balcony. 1 parking space inside garage, also lots of dedicated space to park outside.

🛏️ One bedroom available, roommate (Scott) will be in the other one.

Bedroom 1 (Big room) fully furnished, with balcony, includes a walk-in wardrobe, bedside table, double bed, and is connected to the bathroom.

Bedroom 2 (Small room) also comes with a bed and includes 2 built-in wardrobes. is available instead if preferred.

👤 Scott (he/him) will be your housemate! He graduated from ANU with an honours degree in computer science last year and is working in consulting. He enjoys board and card games, music, tennis, and bike riding. He's looking for someone who's tidy but otherwise has no other preferences, and is happy regardless of whether you're social or would prefer to keep to yourself. Scott is a very good housemate and I can absolutely vouch that he will keep on top of chores.
