Hi! You can rent part or all of my home, 1, 2 or 3 bedrooms if available, view on Sunday, You can choose to rent with bills included, or with bills on top. I have a 3 bedroom apartment in our security building with intercom, elevator access to front door, inside we have our own washer and dryer in the bathroom which has a bath and a shower, we have a second bathroom so that two people can have a bathroom each. The third room can be a bedroom also and currently has lots of shelving, a wardrobe and a queen size double bed in it. The third room has a double bed and builtin wardrobe. The two biggest rooms open onto a balcony, and we are surrounded by park options though you don't need a car, as we are in the city centre. Although it's my home I am commuting currently to Sydney, so there's plenty of time alone in the place. If you want to rent the whole place that's possible too, for anything longer than 6 months.Welcome!
