I am are looking for a new downstairs tenant for a house in Cook, now 12th March

The available space for RENT:
You would have the downstairs seperate flat with the master bedroom with ensuite and lounge downstairs (almost self contained) and possibly share the Kitchen upstairs (negotiable) though there is a fridge and sink in the lounge downstairs (as seen in the photos): Laundry is in seperate space and shared downstairs. 5 Mins walk to bustop and 22 mins by bus (route 32) into ANU or Civic.

I am an Arts worker with a leftish / Green outlook and I hold forward-thinking ideas about living on this planet. I am amiable, warm and inviting. I am a Pescatarian (I eat fish) but mostly eat vegetarian foods. I produce my own honey (hives in the backyard and frontyard); I also am a music producer.

Looking For: Arts/ Academic / Professionals and full time workers preferred but all considered, No couples sorry. :-) . Email me for more details.

YOUR RENT would be $1387 per month payable each month in advance on the 10th of the month. (which is $320 a week if worked out over the full year). AVAILABLE now March 2025.
