I am are looking for a new Housemate for a hous in Cook, now 18th March

Cook House is a four bedroom house with a Master bedroom with ensuite and small lounge downstairs: I have been offered but would need another person soon: contact me asap.

The available space for RENT:

You could have the master bedroom with ensuite and lounge downstairs (almost self contained) and share the Kitchen etc upstairs : Laundry is in seperate space and shared downstairs. 5 Mins walk to bustop and 22 mins by bus (route 32) into ANU or Civic.

You would be sharing with myself, Richard an Arts worker. This household has a left / Green outlook and I hold forward-thinking ideas about living on this planet. I am amiable, warm and inviting. I am a Pescatarian (I eat fish) but mostly eat vegetarian foods. I produce my own honey (hives in the backyard and frontyard); I also run an annual the music festival each summer

Looking For: Arts/ Academic / Professionals and full time workers preferred but all considered, No couples sorry. :-) . Email me for more details.

YOUR RENT would be $1408 per month payable each month in advance on the 11th of the month. (which is $325 a week if worked out over the full year). AVAILABLE 2024.
You would need to apply through the real estate agent as they would put you on the lease as well. The lease would be in my name and yours, but I will pay the bond.
