Our house has two Christian and Catholic women as residents,early thirties,and full-timeprofessionals.We are respectful of each other's privacy,but also enjoy a chat and hanging out. Our house is very spacious with multiple separate living areas and has a small front and backyard with some room for gardening.The house has ducted air conditioning and heating, parking in the garage/driveway and is within walking distance of bus stops.We are situated at the foot of Mt Stromlo near a lot of lovely walks and nature reservesand close to Weston Creek &Denman Prospect.

Rent is $230 per week including internet. Utilities are split quarterly and are very economical as the house is very energy efficient.
