The apartment is only a 4 minute walk to Dickson Coles and Woolworths and a 6 minute walk to the bus interchange and light rail. Lots of other amenities within a 5 minute walk - post office, gym, cafes, the library, swimming pool, pubs, restaurants - you name it! Very close to the bike path which connects into the city.

The apartment is located on the top floor of the building so it's private and secure. The kitchen is a great size for three people, including a dishwasher. There is a washer, dryer and laundry sink in a separate laundry space and a working AC in the main living area. There is also a gym and communal BBQ area on the ground floor.
