Seeking a new housemate for our lovely light-filled apartment in a simply incredible location: right at the Dickson shops. Your room is spacious and light with a window on to the large balcony, with built-in closets and your own private bathroom. The apartment is modern, comfortable, and largely furnished, but things can be moved around if you have substantial furnishings of your own. The apartment literally sits above a full-size Coles, with Woolies just a few steps further if that’s your preferred supermarket. The Dickson shops hub is right at your doorstep, and the Light Rail is two blocks away. The apartment complex has a gym, communal social space, and a coworking space fit out with desks, monitors and cut-away rooms for group work. You will also have use of most of the storage cage in the car park. You’ll be sharing with Louise, a PhD candidate in her mid-30s, and her gorgeous whippet Viggo, who’s house trained, gentle, and loves to cuddle on the couch. We’re seeking a respectful and tidy, preferably female housemate.
