Description of the home

House
Our house is in the quiet suburb of Downer, with a modern kitchen, with induction stoves and a dishwasher(!!). The house has one toilet, and a seperate shower, and our laundry has a washing machine/dryer. We have a large backyard and ample space out the front, with a little front veranda, which is lovely to sit out on and read (when it is a bit warmer!)

Location
Our house is only a 5 minute walk from the tram, making commuting into the city nice and easy. It is also only a 15 minute walk from Dickson shops and 10 minutes from the Watson and Downer shops (perfect for morning coffees)! It’s a 20 minute bike into ANU if you enjoy a nice ride along the bike path as well

• Parking: space out the front to park in front of the house
• Bathroom: excellent hot water and water pressure
• Well insulated, with a split system for air conditioning in summer and heating in winter

Bills and expenses

Electricity and gas bills are quarterly and split evenly. I would pay for my portion of the bills for the first quarter. Water is included in the rent.

Internet is monthly, split 4 ways equally, and it is $14.73 per person per month.
