Inner North Sanctuary: Seeking either single/solo Woman or Similar Mum & Child for Co-Living. Rent: $375 per week (Includes all bills: Electricity, Gas, Water, & High-Speed Internet & Subscriptions: Prime, Disney, Binge, YouTube). Availability: ASAP. The Vision: I am looking to create a supportive, community-style living arrangement in a spacious Downer home. As a successful professional full-time working, and full-time mother to a toddler, I know how much easier life is when you have a "village." I’m looking for one other mother and her child to join us in a home where we share the load, reduce costs, and provide a stable, nurturing environment for our little ones.

The Home: This is a large, beautiful sulit open plan residence. You will have a private, light-filled bedroom and use of a shared bathroom, primarily yours. Living Space: Large, open common areas and a functional kitchen perfect for meal prepping. The Backyard offers a great, secure space for the kids to play and for us to enjoy the Canberra seasons. There's a fireplace to enjoy the winter as well. I have very clean and well-loved cats, so you (and your child) hopefully enjoy them too.

Located on one of Downer’s best streets, you’ll be in the heart of the Inner North next to a Community Hub, a short stroll to the Downer Shops with Post Office, Library and many other shops. Also offering nature & play with a short walking distance to multiple local playgrounds. Just minutes from the Dickson Precinct (Woolworths, Coles, restaurants, and Fitness options) and the Light Rail for a seamless commute to the City or Gungahlin - Not too long before it extends to the south as well! Driving anywhere is fast too. Downer offers peace & quiet and is known for its wide, leafy streets and quiet, family-oriented atmosphere.

This is aimed for a co-habitation partnership where women support women so I’m looking for someone interested in shared responsibilities, splitting the "invisible labor" by rotating cooking nights, shared grocery runs to keep costs down, and keeping the home beautiful together while offering a friendly face to chat with at the end of the day while the kids play. I value a clean, organised, and respectful home. I’m looking for a fellow professional who is reliable and values a high standard of living. Single mothers only - No men apply.
