My apartment is in a great location.
5 mins walk to Manuka shops, restaurants, supermarkets and pub.
10 mins walk to Kingston shops, bars and Supabarn.
15 mins walk to the lake.
Only three blocks from Parliament House.
One block from 59 bus to Civic/Woden.
My place is is basically an art gallery as I collect art. The apartment includes an internal laundry and secure underground parking. I have a balcony which looks out to really nice, green internal gardens.
The apartment is energy efficient. I don’t use heating in winter and am super conscious about energy consumption.
