Conveniently located approx. 15 min walk to Nullarbor road light rail stop, with bike and walking paths at the back door. Local shops approx 10 mins with Metro, chemist, coffee shop and a few other things.

No smokers, and sorry but the house definitely can't fit anymore pets.
