Having 2 big rooms, incl the best, with ensuite, +LUG space for $266/w is fantastic. I wouldn’t leave if I wasn't leaving Canberra.

Louisa’s a young woman, working at the National Museum full-time + studying online. She's one of the friendliest people I know, genuinely interested in people around her, honest and kind, with a big generous heart, great taste in music, and since she moved in, we've shared great conversations, and started doing some shared groceries and meals most weeks.
Nathan's a friendly, thoughtful man; a professional visual artist, filmmaker + musician from Wales. He also runs film + art workshops for a local NGO and for the National Gallery of Australia. He's a considerate, engaged, engaging and very interesting person.
I'm Rik, + though I'm leaving we'll probably meet too. I'm a writer/performer. I've toured poetry +comedy all over Australia; been an acrobat + clown and run workshops for Unis + privately. I've also done/do media + work for orgs like The Greens, Indies, Greenpeace +JJJ. + I'm studying. I lucked out here in Canberra finding this great place and great people. Louisa + Nathan (+ all the previous housemates I met) work at what they love. It makes a great vibe: easygoing open homey but, we give each other space too (+ with all this space, there's plenty to give).
It's made more interesting too with Louisa + Nathan having plenty on the go. Both enjoy good social lives but Louisa likes to smash her assignments too, and Nathan’s always creating, and/or traveling. He just returned from OS; before that he was in Broken Hill as artist in residence +doing workshops for the NGA; and before that he had an Art-work trip to the US, UK + Beijing
