Hi all,
We are looking for someone to rent one room in the beautiful apartment in Gungahlin. This place is fully furnished and conveniently located with just an 8min walk to local shops, eateries & transport links like tram and bus stop. However, the room you will be living in is unfurnished but comfortably fits a double bed, desk and chest of drawers and you will also get your own balcony. House has a large backyard and plenty of parking spots both on and off the street.
Rent for the room is $200 weekly which excludes internet, electricity and wifi (all utility bills split evenly). We are looking for someone to move in ASAP and include their name in the lease.
