Move in date subject to change and partially negotiable. Must be able to get permission from leasing agent as well once things have been confirmed.
3 stories, main/ground floor is shared responsibilities holding a lounge room, kitchen, extra toilet, and washing machine. There is shared furniature in each area, some shelves and the TV will be going with the leaving housemate so there will be a small amount of space if someone has shared furniature to bring.
There is a courtyard out the front with a garden bed and one out the back to the garage which is currently used for storage and holds the dryer. Two parking spaces will be available once the third housemate has moved out and you move in, parking discussions to be had with the other female housemate. Other two floors are bedrooms and such.
