The house is huge with 4brs in total - I have 2 to myself on one side and you will have 2 to yourself on the other side, with the shared living space is in between. You have BIRs and own ensuite. There's a carport AND a 2-car garage for storage. Really nice neighbourhood and it has a great garden which I look after a little bit. All bills are split evenly. The shared space is furnished but your 2brs are unfurnished with a built-in wardrobe in 1 of the brs. Or I can provide some br furniture if you need.
