A brand new beautiful 2 bedroom townhouse in Lawson with one bedroom available. It includes a large shared living area with a smart TV, super comfortable couch and a private courtyard. Kitchen includes dishwasher and fridge, washing machine is already installed (dryer to come) and air conditioning throughout the house. The complex has two communal BBQ areas with seating not to far from the home.

Lawson is a great new area, with Belconnen Westfield 5min down the road, University of Canberra just a short walk, Calvary hospital, Canberra stadium and Australian institute of sport nearby. The area is surrounded by Lake Ginninderra which has bike/walk tracks with fishing and kayaking available. There is a bus stop just outside the complex as well as on all surrounding streets, with public transport continuing to increase to the area.

There is plenty of street parking as well as visitor spots that are mostly empty throughout the day. Canberra city is about a 25 minute bike ride away.
