Description of the home

The house is cosy and with lots of natural sunlight throughout the day, with a large backyard and terrace. It is also completely furnished, with a large TV, couches, dining table and kitchen appliances (with an espresso machine!). However, we are completely happy for you to add touches of your own to the common areas so you feel more at home.
The bathroom is shared between us, which has been updated with modern appliances. The toilet is also separate from the bathroom.
Lots of parking space in the front of the house, as well as a garage if you would prefer to park there (or use for storage)
There is a separate laundry with a washer and dryer, as well as a clothesline in the garden.
Located in the middle of Lyneham, it is a quick and easy 10 minute walk to the local shops, which has an IGA, a bottle shop, a pharmacy, takeaway shops, and multiple cafes. It is also a 5 minute drive to Dickson shops where there is a large Woolworths, and a 10 minute drive to Canberra Centre.

Bills and expenses

We have electricity and gas bills that are billed every three months, and are divided evenly between us. We also have internet, but this is included in your rent. We don't pay a water bill, which is a bonus!
