Seeking persons that are happy to live with Educational worker- Artist and Photographer (Myself) and two Budgies that stick to their own space.
The 3 bedroom house is fully furnished with carpeted floors in all the bedrooms . We have Gas heating, though try to be minimal on usage. The kitchen has plenty of bench and cupboard space and comes with a dishwasher and electric stove. We have a good sized back and front yard.
The household is usually quiet and I like to keep the house clean and tidy.
