A furnished upstairs room is available in our brand new, architecturally designed home. The room has access to a shared upstairs balcony with exceptional views, providing a peaceful place to relax or study.

We are a small family (both working IT professionals) with one child living at home. Our older child is currently studying at university. The house is quiet, clean and well organised.

Since the house is brand new and never rented before, we are looking for a clean, respectful and disciplined flatmate who will help maintain the home.
