Water bills included in rent; electricity and wifi split evenly. Complex has access to a pool, tennis court and BBQ area, with a basketball court 1 minute walk away.

Walking distance to the bus stop, local shops, 20-minute walk to Gungahlin City Centre and 25 minutes to the tram (about 10 on e-scooter). Close to Gungahlin Lakes golf course & Club, a park and a basketball hoop. Is a townhouse in a complex that has a tennis court, pool and BBQ facilities.
House includes 2 livings rooms, 2 bathrooms, laundry and a garage we use for storage/home gym. We also have the “room of requirement” under the stairs aka our beer/drink cellar. Backyard has a boxing bag and a garden desperately awaiting the spring sunshine.
