26 acre property located less than 10 minutes drive into central Goulburn, our double brick home is spacious but warm with plenty of space to enjoy time to yourself or be social.
With a large living room, dining room, full kitchen, two fenced gardens, outdoor fire pit and laundry with plenty of storage, there is plenty of space for people to bring their whole selves.
The upstairs bathroom has a shower, toilet and bathtub with another toilet in the downstairs laundry, we already have a washing machine and dryer which you are of course welcome to use.
We also have a fully enclosed rear and front garden, covered rear patio, garden shed, and double garage.

Hi! We are Flick (29F) and Hannah (32F) two friends who moved out to Goulburn last year to enjoy a quieter lifestyle with our animals 🙂
We are looking for a like minded female housemate (under 40yrs) who would like to join a laid back share-house, where we love to be social and tidy while also enjoying our own spaces.
There will be a maximum of 3 people living in the home including yourself.
Housemate No. 1 is Hannah (32F) IT professional, she travels frequently for work and recreation.
When she is not working she loves to cook/ bake (especially with other people), paint, read, work with her horses, hang out with friends, watch movies, and take the dogs for a walk.
Housemate No. 2 is Flick (29F) is outdoorsy and social (but happy to give space as needed). She has a sweet Dalmatian puppy and several cheeky ponies that she loves to go on weekend adventures with. She loves talking all things science, spiritual and beyond, with a love of drying flowers, feng shui design and video games.
This is a social (but respectful) house and hope that any house mate would consider this their home and feel free to invite their friends/family and partners to visit (we keep the 4th bedroom as a spare room for visitors).
