I have my own recording studio where I'm developing, producing & managing a small troop of locally based singer-songwriters (Australian & South American).
With food, I generally adhere to the Paleo Principles, I don't smoke & I rarely drink.
Generally I'm early to bed & early to rise but every now & then I make an exception 😉
I train 5-6 days a week, in the gym (Anytime Fitness ), Yoga and swim squad, usually getting up around 5:30am.
Ideally you will have a passionate interest in Music & Keeping Fit while taking pride in yourself & the space you call home.
