You will mostly have the entire unit to yourself! The 2nd bedroom is kept for my use as needed (approx once a month), but when I'm not there you are welcome to have guests, use it as a study, etc. (As long as it is always clean and ready if I need to use it.)
It's a lovely apartment, furnished and decorated with care. It's easy to clean and maintain, on a quiet but convenient street, laundry facilities out the back, very private including an enclosed yard.
I'm not there often, and so looking for renters to enjoy this lovely home while I'm not there.
