Description of the home
4 bedroom, 2 bathroom house with two living areas and large backyard. All rooms have a built-in wardrobe and are a reasonable size. I am only looking for one house mate (female highly preferred), or a couple. If a couple, would split the rent 3 ways.
House is fully furnished aside from whatever you will need for your bedroom. The main bathroom would be for your own private use. There is a large garage for some storage if needed.
House is a 10 minute walk to the lake, or 15 minute drive to the beach. Located on a quiet street.
