While this is offered as a short-term arrangement, the intention is to find the right fit. If the arrangement works well for both parties, there may be the opportunity to extend by mutual agreement — however, no expectation is placed on either side.

Lawn maintenance is fully included and managed by the owner and a professional cleaner attends every 3–4 weeks, arranged and paid for by the owner.
