A well presented furnished bedroom with private bathroom is available in a calm, owner-occupied home in Halekulani, a relaxed beachside suburb offering easy access to shops, beaches, and some transport routes.
This home will suit a busy, working professional seeking a quiet, well-run space for a short-term stay (approx. 2–3 months), with a view to a longer term / permanent arrangement for the right person.

A large fridge and pantry space are provided and will be predominantly for the lodger’s use, allowing for generous storage and minimal sharing.

– Budgewoi Lake located at the bottom of the street
– Close to local cafés, clubs, and coastal amenities
Household & Lifestyle
The homeowner lives at the property part-time (generally 2–3 days per week).
There are also occupants in a separate downstairs studio, making this a quiet household - no parties.
While this is offered as a short-term arrangement, the intention is to find the right fit. If the arrangement works well for both parties, there may be the opportunity to extend by mutual agreement - however, no expectation is placed on either side.
Lawn maintenance is managed by the owner and a professional cleaner attends every 3–4 weeks, arranged and paid for by the owner.
