Looking for a friendly, reliable housemate to share my spacious, fully furnished 3-bedroom home in Koolewong. The house is perched above the water with stunning views, surrounded by bushland and visited by native birds and wildlife. It’s the perfect spot for someone who enjoys a peaceful, relaxed lifestyle close to nature.

About the Home:

Light-filled, fully furnished 3-bedroom house

Gorgeous water views and direct access to Brisbane Water National Park

Large living areas and a National Park as backyard

5min walk to Koolewong Station, 5min drive to Woy Woy station (express train), bus stop out the front of the house

$350/week (electricity, water, and internet not included) for master bedroom or $300/week for smaller bedroom

Available now until mid-December, with the option to extend

I’m easy going, tidy, and enjoy a calm, positive atmosphere at home. I like yoga, meditation, and spending time outdoors. The house is not a party place, but friends and visitors are welcome from time to time. I don’t smoke and prefer a home that’s generally quiet and respectful.
