The property is a townhouse within a complex of two. It feels more like a house within no common walls. My neighbour is the best! There are stunning water views from almost every angle with the rear yard backing onto bush. Quiet, sunny and serene is the best way to describe it (excuse the inside photos - it is pouring rain today so not so sunny). Within minutes walk to the waterfront and approximately 6 minutes walk to shops and transport.
