About occupants
There will be only one person living in the third room, as our family of three is moving out. The reason for our move is that we recently bought a house—otherwise, we would have happily stayed, as our flatmate is a genuinely nice person.
He’s been living with us since last year. He’s 22 years old, studies at university, and works as a chef at The Entrance Hotel. He’s very quiet, keeps to himself, and values his personal space. He’s barely home due to his work and study schedule, so you’ll hardly notice him around.
Compatible people
A good flatmate is someone who is respectful, clean, and communicates openly. For me, it’s really important that we all respect each other’s space and privacy, while also being friendly and approachable. I value someone who is tidy in shared areas like the kitchen and bathroom, and who is responsible when it comes to things like paying rent and bills on time. It’s also great when a flatmate is considerate with noise, especially during late hours. Trust, honesty, and a positive attitude go a long way in creating a peaceful and comfortable living environment.
