Mid Sized Furnished room avail in our recently renovated love shack in Woy Woy.

The room comes furnished with a Double bed, set of drawers, bed side table and a clothes rack. It also features a bar fridge, microwave and kettle. It’s $190pw plus $35pw for bills. So $225pw altogether. The room is also avail to a couple for an extra $50pw, or $275pw. The room is avail now.

The rest of the house features a large bathroom with washing machine. There is also a large yard and outdoor dining area.

The current flatmates are: Senthil (India) 27, who works as a chef, David (Aus) 31, works in community support and Mark (Aus) 34, who works in retail. There are four rooms in total.

We are a fairly social house, but enjoy our peace and quiet.
