Furnished room with Kitchenette avail in our recently renovated love shack in Woy Woy.
The room features a kitchenette with a sink, bar fridge, microwave, hot top and kettle and a toaster and comes furnished with a Double bed, set of drawers, bed side table and a clothes rack. It’s $230, plus $35pw for bills. So $265pw altogether. The room is also avail to a couple for an extra $50pw, or $315pw. The room is avail now.
The rest of the house features a large bathroom with washing machine. There is also a large yard and outdoor dining area.
The current flatmates are: Jaiden 23 who works as a chef, James 27, who works in hospitality and Kunal 31 who also works as a chef. There are four rooms in total.
We are a fairly social house, but enjoy our peace and quiet.
