Two Furnished rooms avail in our recently renovated love shack in Woy Woy.

The first room comes furnished with a Double bed, set of drawers, bed side table and a clothes rack. It also features a bar fridge, microwave and kettle. It’s $190pw plus $35pw for bills. So $225pw altogether. The room is also avail to a couple for an extra $50pw, or $275pw. The room is avail now.

The second room is quite large and comes furnished with a Queen bed, set of drawers, Desk, Dining Table, bed side table and a clothes rack. It also features a fridge, microwave and kettle. It’s $215pw plus $35pw for bills. So $250pw altogether. The room is also avail to a couple for an extra $50pw, or $300pw. The room is avail now.

The rest of the house features a large bathroom with washing machine. There is also a large yard and outdoor dining area.

The current flatmates are: Senthil 27 who works as a chef and Mark 34, who works in finance. There are four rooms in total.

We are a fairly social house, but enjoy our peace and quiet.
