Choice of two unfurnished bedrooms in a 3-bedroom furnished homestead-style house in Wyong. (One smaller room with built-ins, larger room without). Sharing with only one female.

Polished floorboards, high ornate ceilings, ceiling fans in all bedrooms and air-conditioning in the living/dining area. You will have your own private bathroom.

Quiet street within walking distance to all amenities including churches, Wyong Racetrack, Coles, Aldi, Train Station/Bus stop and local shopping village.

Huge backyard with carport, however there is ample off-street parking also. Massive rumpus room with wet bar off the back deck, ideal for occasional entertainment, however I don't want a 'partier'! The ideal tenant should be mature, responsible and reliable and must be working! Rent to be paid weekly.

I am easy-going and enjoy my privacy, however I am sociable and like good conversation and happy to have the occasional drink, meal or chat on the spacious back deck.

Some storage space available in back lock-up garage. Smoking is permitted, however only outside. I keep a very clean and comfortable home, which you will be impressed with upon suitable inspection!! I will possibly consider an outside pet for the right applicant, definitely NOT an inside one.

Electricity is shared, my usage is pretty low.
