Description of the home

Just notified of plan to sell my current residence and looking to find someone to share rent at a new place. So whatever suits us mutually is the home description.

I have everything that a house will need in terms of furnishings, electronics and whitegoods. Happy to share shorter-term here until it sells but prefer to give notice and find something more long term and stable (12 month lease) with a new sharehouse buddy. Have capacity to store whatever I need to make room for anything you bringto that equation

I need someone who'll respect my goods and chattels as I like items of quality and have nice things. I'm happy for occasional house guests and no objections to visitors dropping by provided likewise respectful. Because of my work at home, I don't want a "party house", but do enjoy hosting dinner parties if we find sufficient rapport to do that kind of things. I'm queer but, if that's you too, please know I am not currently looking for a relationship. I have everything any house needs in terms of furniture, electronics and whitegoods but you'd need to provide your own bed, bits and bobs, unless you're happy with a sofa bed short term. Bills and expenses

Already paying for top internet, power and water. Envisage sharing these. I'm currently spending $500 plus bills a week, so anything that reduces that is a win for me but happy to negotiate budgets.
