Come join me in a lovely 2 bedroom near the Beach. It’s super quiet and pretty chilled out around here.
The Beach is at the end of the road, a 10 min walk to the shops including, Aldi.
I love living here; it's comfy and handy to everything. There’s a lovely outdoor space to sit and enjoy the sun in comfort.

As for the Unit;
A good sized lounge comfortably furnished with heating and cooling, great kitchen. Bathroom with a separate toilet. The laundry has a washer and drier and leads out to the reat yard, just waiting to be used more, with a tiny veggie patch, nice deck with table and chairs and a washing line.
There are 2 decent sized Bedrooms. The bathroom has been renovated 1 month ago, it is a walk in shower style bathroom with vanity. Toilet is at the rear of the unit. You'll be living with myself and my little dogs, Chilli and Dobby who you will fall in love with.

Ideally I’m looking for someone who has a stable income who wants to be part of a home. Someone who likes a laugh and to be a bit social, not asking for us to be living in each others pocket, but do like open flow of communication. I love to hang out, watch a bit of trashy TV, cook, listen to music and make stuff. Looking for a easy going open minded, LGBTIQA+ friendly human who wants a chilled out home.

This home is smoke free, if you do smoke, please only outside. I’d also ideally like someone who helps take care of the common areas, and is responsible and timely with the financial stuff.
