We are currently looking for chilled out and relaxed individual to rent out our spare room downstairs.

This house is in a fabulous location. 5 mins walk to Korora beach, we have sea views and a swimming pool. We are a relaxed bunch who love a chat but also love to chill…….

You’ll need to fill out a rental form so proof of ID and proof of income is a must.

No alcoholics or drug takers to apply please. That kind of behaviour in the house is not acceptable.

We’d like some who is self sufficient, clean and tidy and is responsible. A WWCC and Police check is highly regarded.

We are after someone who works through the day or at night. Doesn’t smoke at all or drinks a lot! Likes their own company but also likes to socialise occasionally. You have to like kids and animals.
Description of pets
Milo is a 6 year old Ragdoll cat who is super smart. As he was the first animal we owned he rules the roost.
Molly is a 2 year old Cavoodle. The sweetest girl you’ll ever meet as long as there isn’t a ball involved!!! She loves fetching the ball and will do so for hours on end.
