We are looking for someone to join this vibrant household. You’ll be sharing with 2 flat mates. Aussie professional lady (land lord) and a chilled professional Spanish male.

It’s a large spacious open outdoor tropical home with a room which has an comfortable high quality mattress queen side bed. The room has lots of storage space.

This is a very spacious tropical four bedroom home with a large lounge room but most of the living is done outside.

There’s a large tropical pool and numerous outdoor spaces to relax front balcony, the back balcony, pool side with lots of tropical gardens, birds and wildlife.

I have a well appointed kitchen with a gas cooktop stove.

I have two dogs who are great protectors at night but very friendly .

I am seeking a clean respectful individual that is a good fit, has a great sense of humour, loves life and just gets on with living it. Assists with the upkeep of the home and treat it like it’s their own home.

Public transport a 3 minute walk from the home. Bell Bar and Bistro a 5 minute walk from the home also.

A secure 6 foot secure boundary fence with locked gates. Guard dogs on patrol. Extremely secure property.
