Nice spacious house in Nightcliff - four bedrooms, opening living area with kitchen, shared bathroom between two other housemates. Court yard and backyard with pool. Only a few minute walk to the Nightcliff foreshore!! The bedroom is nice and big with heaps of storage space. As I am relocating and trying to find someone to take over my room, you have the option of purchasing all furniture if need be, this includes - a comfy queen bed, desk, side table and cabinet. Bond is set at $900 and rent is $215 per week. Looking at selling my furniture for $350 negotiable.

Friendly share house in Nightcliff! There is currently five of us - we have a female and male couple in the onsuit room, a female and male in the other two rooms who you will be sharing a bathroom with. We are all very laid back people who enjoy either hanging out with each other or doing our own thing :) most of us work Monday - Friday so are busy during the week but enjoy a drink on the weekend.
