Walking distance to foreshore markets and bus.

Room in Huge elevated house in Nightcliff (sorry no couples).
We are looking for a new (long term) housemate, for our huge elevated house with pool.

$215 per week plus share bills, for unfurnished or possibly furnished room (housemate may sell furniture as leaving the country), and 6 weeks bond.
If you would like to share with chill, working, kind, animal loving mature (but not old) housemates in an affordable elevated house? Then we have the place for you!

It is an older elevated with lots of extra space, and busy but chill professional (abc cameraman/editor, wildlife scientist sound engineer, Language genious) housemates. We not only love dogs but the wildlife around our place too, we're busy or away a fair bit, but when we meet in the same place might stop for a coffee or beer but not a party house.
