Bedroom has built in cupboards, room for a queen sized bed and bed side tables, air conditioning in room and throughout the house.

Bathroom and separate toilet up stairs and another shower and toilet down stairs

House is fully furnished apart from the bedroom. Kitchen is fully loaded with appliances.

Lots of storage room down stairs. Full secure yard with electric gate.

Saltwater pool to cool off in on the weekends or after a long day at work.

Price for the room $300 per week including bills with in reason

Looking for clean and tidy people that will share the chores around the house.

This is not a party house would suite full time workers, or students.

You will be living with myself and one other we both work Monday to Friday.

Must like Dogs and there is one friendly dog that lives there too
