I’m looking for a long-term housemate to join my home.
I'm 52 male, relaxed and chilled, the home is a
4 bedroom,
2.5 Bathroom
2 large living areas
Large kitten and dining
Open fire
Pool table
Large outdoor BBQ area
One Staffy X friendly dog
Drama-free and relaxed
The room has a small balcony
Non-smoking home
I have 2 upstairs bedrooms with own private bathroom. I would prefer a couple or one person to take the whole upstairs. Rent would be between 250-350, depending on whether just one room, single, couple, etc, happy to work something out for the right fit into my home.

I'm not a party person, but do enjoy having a few friends over for a BBQ or a game of pool.
