Large 4 bedroom House in Armstrong Creek, room available is ~3 x 3.5M and has a built in wardrobe. House has central heating and air conditioning. shared areas are quite spacious with two lounge areas. Shared bathroom includes a shower with good water pressure and a large spa bath. 2 minutes from the nearest shopping center, 15 minutes from Deakin's Waurn Ponds campus, 15-20 from the CBD, and with a bus stop near by.
There is currently 2 friendly dogs (golden retriever and staffy x) and 2 cats at the property, so better suited for someone that likes living with pets. As there is a lot of pets here already, there's probably not space for another.
