Your room is the master bedroom that I currently have furnished with a new queen size bed and bedside tables (however, I can take these out if needed). The room has lovely windows that brings natural light in throughout the day. It has a huge walk in wardrobe that goes into the ensuite with double vanity and double sized shower.

The main bathroom has a deep bathtub which is great to relax in.

My home is conveniently located half-way between the city of Geelong and the surf coast areas of Barwon Heads and Torquay (15-20mins drive either direction).
Across the road from the house is a lovely park with plenty of grass area, a small playground and a basketball ring area. The newly built Charlemont Rise shopping complex is a convenient 5min walk away which has a Woolworths supermarket, BWS and chemist etc. It is also only a 5min drive to get to Marshall station.

I'm super excited to invite someone to call my lovely modern house a home! The house is fully furnished including appliances and kitchenware. The large walk-in pantry is one of my favourite features as there's so much room to store food and kitchen appliances etc.
I have a cute little outdoor area that has an undercover deck, BBQ and super low maintenance yard with synthetic grass.

The house has ducted heating and also has a split system in the lounge for heating/cooling.
Each bedroom has a ceiling fan too.
I got solar panels installed last year which significantly reduce the cost of the power bill too.

My house has 3 bedrooms, with the third bedroom set up with a large fold out sofa and large TV to accomodate for when you want guests to stay over or as a second lounge area.

The laundry is large with a big storage cupboard.

I have a single lock-up garage which is included in the rent. The driveway also allows a car to park.
Eunice the other tennant parks her car on the street, so the garage will be yours to use.

My name is Andy and I'm moving out of my lovely abode as have recently moved into a house with my partner in Geelong.
I have shared my home with a lovely 25 year old girl named Eunice for the past 18 months and am now looking for someone to rent out the Master bedroom.

Eunice works full time as a pharmacist so isn't home during the day much. Eunice generally likes to keep to herself and spends free time watching TV and movies in her room.
Due to Eunice's busy lifestyle, she tends to meal prep and is happy sorting out her own food.

There are no pets at the property, but my border collie used to live there so I have left a large wooden kennel in the backyard incase required for a canine companion :)
