Room available for rent in a modern three bedroom house located in Charlemont. Lease available from 01/07/2026 - 12/12/2026, with possibility for lease to be extended after December.
Rent for the room is $150 per week. Bills are divided evenly between tenants. Bathroom will be shared with Mali. We have a spare double bed and dresser available for use if you would like to loan them.
Central location, approx fifteen minutes from Geelong CBD, Waurn Ponds, and Torquay and fives minutes from Marshall Train Station and local supermarkets.
