RENT INCLUDES: Your room, use of common areas, nbn, electricity, gas, water, gardening and cleaning products. The room can be furnished as seen in the photos, or unfurnished. You will find that I do a deep clean of the house at least once a week to stay on top of sanitising.

FURNISHED (can be flexible): Brand new bed, brand new mattress, and two side tables.

The bathroom in the photos is the downstairs bathroom. This would be used by yourself and the other bedroom downstairs if it is rented out (It is not currently listed).

About the occupants
I live upstairs with my beautiful Alaskan Malmaute cross Husky, Thunder. We have our own bathroom and lounge space up there. I work full time and studying Commerce & Law. You won’t see too much of me, however Thunder is home during the day.

I love heading over to markets around Geelong and heading out for a coffee on the weekend. You’ll find me out for a morning and evening walk with Thunder too.

I live in a clean household and hope that someone who is a good fit would be the same.
