About occupants
We are a couple in our early 50's, Wendy (female) and Adrian (male) and would like to offer a lovely room to rent. We both work full time and enjoy resting at home on week day evenings. We both have hobbies that take us away for a few hours each week.
Our house mate would need to love dogs as we have an 8 year old Golden Retriever and 2 year Bordie Collie who are well trained and provide company only when offered.
The neighbourhood is welcoming and only a stroll down to the beautiful Buckley Falls.
The front lounge room is rarely used by us so you would have full access as you desire and there is a sliding door for privacy and to protect noise. Your bedroom is complimented with a QS Bed, bedside table and BIR's, ceiling fan. Separate bathroom and we would share the kitchen area.
We are hoping to find someone compatible who doesn't smoke and enjoys a calm environment who is happy to share dinners occasionally.

Description of pets
We have a 9 year old, Golden Retriever who could easily be a therapy dog. She is totally chilled and loves a good belly rub. We also have a 3 year old Border Collie who is alert and loves to catch a ball. Extremely well trained and takes a moment to adjust to someone new to the household. Warms quite quickly. Both get 2 walks per day, hail rain or shine.
