I have been in this house for a few years and I absolutely love it here! The house is new, clean and spacious, fully furnished apart from the bedrooms. The available bedrooms are upstairs and share a nice bathroom with a bath as well as shower, and toilet in a separate room. One bedroom has a king sized bed that can be left for one housemate or packed away if not needed. Both bedrooms have large built in wardrobes, lots of natural light and ceiling fans. We have a great heating and cooling system and a nice big kitchen. We are walking distance to Pakington street and Shannon avenue where there are cafes, restaurants, supermarkets and gyms. We also have a beautiful little backyard with lawn and a nice garden. The rooms are available now and I would like to fill them before the 1st of December so I have time to be a bit flexible.
