Great location close to Waurn Ponds shopping centre. Location Grovedale. The house has been newly renovated and while it is on the smaller size, it makes up with character. Huge front and backyard. You will have use of garage/shed to park and use at your leisure. To fill one room we are looking at $275 a week rent for the two of us. If both rooms get filled the rent would come down to $200 per person. Bills not included Couples are welcome
